This SLA outlines the service commitments for all users of our e-commerce platform, including:

  • Vendor support
  • Razorpay payment integration
  • Customer service

2. Platform Availability

  • Target Uptime: 99.5% monthly for website and APIs
  • Checkout: Secure Razorpay payment gateway integration
  • Maintenance: We inform users at least 24 hours in advance for planned maintenance

4. Support Response Times

5. Security & Compliance

  • Transactions are processed via Razorpay using secure HTTPS
  • Customer data is encrypted and access-controlled
  • We follow industry-standard PCI-DSS guidelines for all payment activities

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of a valid request
  • Razorpay-related disputes are acknowledged within 1 business day
  • Dispute resolution typically completed in 3–5 business days
