These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bhajjamal and Sons and the vendors ("Sellers") who wish to sell their products on our platform.
1. Registration and Account Setup
- Sellers must create an account and provide accurate business information.
- Sellers must maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings.
2. Fees and Commissions
- Bhajjamal and Sons charges a commission on each sale made via the platform. The commission percentage varies depending on the product category and agreement.
3. Product Listings
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their product listings.
- Bhajjamal and Sons reserves the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Sellers are responsible for shipping products on time and ensuring they are delivered in good condition.
- All shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment and Payouts
- Payments are processed securely and sent to the Seller’s account after order completion.
- Sellers are required to maintain their payment details on file.
6. Termination
- Bhajjamal and Sons reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Seller's account for failure to comply with the terms.
