Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear photo of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification.
- Ensure the item is returned in its original condition.
Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product to us.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used items
- Personal care products (e.g. oils, creams, shampoos)
- Medicines or consumables without original seal
- Products bought under clearance sale or offers (unless damaged)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank details for a secure refund transfer.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed — but you can request a return if eligible.
